Konfi-Arbeit. Anlass und Ort zu Positionierungen?!

In diesem Artikel werden zunächst Positionierungen von Ehren- und Hauptamtlichen der Konfirmandenarbeit in Bezug auf ihre allgemeinen Werteeinstellungen und die Themeneinheit Tod und Sterben vergleichend dargestellt. Dabei wird die Methodik des Wertefeldes angewendet, um Positionierungen in einem zweidimensionalen Raum sichtbar zu machen. In einem zweiten Schritt folgt eine Annäherung an Positionierungen von Konfis. Abschließend wird das Konfi-Camp als eine Form der Konfirmandenarbeit dargestellt, in welcher Positionen der verschiedenen Akteure der Konfirmandenarbeit dialogisch miteinander in den Austausch gebracht werden können.

In this article, the positioning of volunteers and full-time staff in confirmation work with regard to their general value attitudes and the topic of death and dying will be compared. The methodology of the value field is used to make positioning visible in a two-dimensional space. In a second step, an approach to the positioning of confirmands follows. Finally, the confirmation camp is presented as a form of confirmation work in which the positions of the various actors in confirmation work can be brought into dialogue with each other.
