Abstract: | The report illustrates why a smart city should develop a data policy. Guiding questions for the creation of such a data policy in the context of the Smart City Bamberg are discussed. Furthermore, the report shows how the smart cities of Barcelona, Hamburg, Helsinki, Stuttgart, Vienna and Zurich proceed. The presented analysis is based on public documents and interviews. |
