This paper presents the review and evaluation of the two-year introduction phase of a university-wide learning management system at the University of Bamberg. For deeper insights the project settings ar described at first and to receive an impression of the success some usage statistics arc presented. Subsequently the evaluation accomplished to conclude the introduction phase is sketched. The two parts of this evaluation designed for the most important user groups -student and lectures - are described and the most important results are presented in short. As response to the received resuIts three evolved issues are selected and possible solutions are shown. Finally a conclusion depicting the changes and the new situation after these two years complete this contribution.
