In this editorial note, the editors of the Zeitschrift für Katalanistik explain the on-going developments of the journal and, more specifically, of its electronic version which is planned to migrate to an OJS-based e-journal platform hosted by the library of Ruhr-Universität Bochum in 2023. The note also addresses concomitant editorial issues, such as updated guidelines for text submissions, and the future of the print edition.
