Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit gilt als zentrale Herausforderung in vielen Forschungsprojekten und ist entsprechend breit diskutiert. Deutlich weniger Beachtung findet bislang die Kooperation in hochschulischen Lehrentwicklungsprojekten, die als Innovationsräume fungieren und auf strukturelle Veränderungen an Hochschulen abzielen. Dieser Beitrag untersucht solche Konstellationen anhand einer qualitativen Interviewstudie mit 20 Projektkoordinator:innen aus drittmittelfinanzierten Entwicklungsprojekten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich insbesondere für Hochschulentwicklungsprojekte zwei Besonderheiten ergeben, die auf die Interdisziplinarität der Projektgruppe und die strukturellen Einflüsse der Hochschule zurückzuführen sind. Abschließend sollen Handlungsempfehlungen aus einem diskursiven Workshop-Format für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in Projekten gegeben werden.

It is often claimed that collaboration challenges are a pervasive problem affecting interdisciplinary research projects. However, the challenges of cooperation in higher education teaching development projects that aim to initiate structural changes at universities as a space for innovation have not yet been investigated. Based on a qualitative interview study, this article explores this question. The findings indicate that two distinct characteristics of university development projects can be ascribed to the interdisciplinary composition of the project group and the structural influences of the university. Finally, recommendations for action emanating from a discursive workshop format for successful collaboration in projects will be given.
