The series “Human Resource Management and Work and Organizational Psychology” is an interdisciplinary series in which publications appear that make an important contribution to key issues in human resource management as well as work and organizational psychology. It includes publications from business administration, psychology, and related disciplines.
The series serves to publish new research findings and provides a forum for scientific exchange on topics such as employee behavior, leadership, job design, and careers. The volumes published to date cover topics including international employee assignments (expatriation) as well as the causes and consequences of overemployment.
