Description
Objectives:
The project aims to modernize heritage education by integrating digital documentation technologies into existing curricula.
Objectives include developing a digital heritage curriculum, enhancing digital skills, promoting international collaboration, bridging academia and industry, ensuring inclusive learning, and advancing research. It seeks to equip students and professionals with cutting-edge expertise, fostering innovation, employability, and sustainable cultural heritage preservation.
Implementation:
The project will implement curriculum development, hands-on training, and international collaboration. Key activities are reviewing existing courses, developing a model curriculum, organizing 3 international workshops, field training, and interdisciplinary student exchanges. Additionally, it will facilitate internships, mobility programs, online learning modules, and research collaborations to enhance digital documentation skills and industry-academic cooperation aligning with EU directives.
Results:
The project will produce a digital heritage curriculum, training materials, and online learning resources available on an openaccess platform. It will result in skilled students and educators, international collaborations, and industry-academic partnerships. Outcomes include field training, research publications, mobility programs, and policy recommendations. The project will foster digital transformation, employability, and long-term impact on heritage documentation and conservation.
