Als Ergebnis der Lehre wird die Verdreifachung der Studierenden berichtet; Verbleibsuntersuchungen belegen, dass die Absolventen als gesuchte Professionals weitgehend problemlos in den Arbeitsmarkt übergingen. Etwa 50 neue Arbeitsplätze wurden von und für die Absolventen vor allem in Oberfranken geschaffen.This final lecture presents the development of Andragogy as academic discipline and the contributions of the chair to research and theory.
