Die Untersuchung basiert auf einer Methodentriangulation, welche Fokusgruppeninterviews mit Lehramtsstudierenden und Einzelinterviews mit Auszubildenden aus den Branchen Finanzdienstleistungen (FDL) und Informationstechnik (IT) kombiniert. Im Fokus steht die Identifikation von Gelingensbedingungen bei der Implementierung von BNE-Projekten in die berufliche Bildung. Die Resultate liefern Aufschlüsse über die Planung und Strukturierung von Vorhaben, die Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation sowie das Potenzial von Projekten hinsichtlich der Partizipation. Ziel der Studie ist die Generierung von Erkenntnissen für die konkrete Ausgestaltung von BNE-Projekten in der beruflichen Bildung und liefert Ansatzpunkte für die Integration in die Hochschulbildung zukünftiger Lehrkräfte.This study addresses the specific aspects of planning and implementing participatory projects for education for sustainable development (ESD) in vocational and higher education. The methodology is based on a triangulation that combines focus group interviews with future teachers and individual interviews with trainees from the financial services (FS) and information technology (IT) sectors. The focus is on identifying the conditions for successful implementation of ESD projects in vocational education and training. The results provide insights into the planning and structuring of projects, collaboration and cooperation, and the potential of projects in terms of participation.
